The Silver Gin Fizz and some reorganization.
In addition to cocktail recipes, I've done some logistical work on Social Hour this week. First, I made the site mobile friendly. So it's much easier to read and navigate on a Smartphone - or so I'm told. Please let me know what you think! I also added an "Essential Classics" gallery to the recipe page, accessible through the drop down menu under recipes. I did away with the direct links that were previously there. It was getting cluttered. Now it should be easier to sift through everything. But again, please let me know what you think!
Finally, I added a new recipe page for the classic Silver Gin Fizz. Similar as it is to the Tom Collins, I think the addition of egg white warrants a distinction. The frothiness lightens the drink considerably, making for a great daytime or brunch drink. Wondering what the difference between a Collins and a Fizz, if any? Read this.
